Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
MAVENS TECH LAB INC. (“Mavens Tech Lab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website mavenslab.tech and develops software, including web and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. When you contact us or request support — by email or through the contact form on our website — we receive your name, your email address, the topic you select, and the contents of your message. If you create an account within one of our applications, you may also provide your name and email address.
- Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we may collect usage and diagnostic data such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, approximate region, IP address, and basic interaction or crash logs.
- Content you create. Some applications let you create, store, or sync content. That content is processed solely to provide the application’s functionality.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses one strictly necessary browser-storage entry to remember your cookie choice and — only if you consent via our cookie banner — Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how the site is used. See Section 5 for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- To diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure;
- To understand how the Services are used so we can improve them; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the basis of: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you request), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), your consent (where required, such as for analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — currently Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, contact-form abuse protection (Turnstile), and contact-form email delivery, and Google LLC for analytics (see Section 5) — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Platform providers. When you obtain our apps through a platform such as the Apple App Store, that provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Legal reasons. When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Mavens Tech Lab.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Services
Hosting (Cloudflare). Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To operate and secure the service, Cloudflare processes and may retain server logs that include your IP address, user-agent, and related request metadata.
Contact form (Cloudflare). When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us as email through Cloudflare’s email-sending service; submissions are not stored in a website database. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser signals to distinguish people from automated abuse — it does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. To prevent abuse we also limit the form to three submissions per IP address per 24 hours; to enforce this we store a hashed (one-way, non-reversible) form of your IP address, which is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4
(property G-9K7FB4EF1D), provided by Google LLC, to understand how our website is used. It
collects device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and
page interactions such as pages visited and time on page. It sets the cookies
_ga and
_ga_9K7FB4EF1D, which persist for approximately 13
months. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner; if
you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser’s
localStorage under the key mtl-cookie-consent, and you
can change it at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer.
| Name | Category | Purpose & duration |
|---|---|---|
| mtl-cookie-consent | Essential | localStorage entry that remembers your cookie-consent choice. Kept until you clear your browser storage. |
| _ga, _ga_9K7FB4EF1D | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 cookies that distinguish visitors. Set only with your consent; persist for approximately 13 months. |
Our applications may additionally rely on reputable third parties for hosting and content delivery. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform through which you access our applications.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics expire after approximately 13 months, and hosting server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period. Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox as email and kept like any other correspondence; the hashed rate-limit counters described in Section 5 expire automatically within 24 hours.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@mavenslab.tech. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can also withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer.
8. Account & Data Deletion
If an application offers account creation, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, either from within the application where that option is provided, or by emailing info@mavenslab.tech with the subject line “Account Deletion”. We will delete your account and personal data except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
12. Links to Other Sites
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
